Bending The World

The wind 

angrily beats

in the night

rattling my windows,

the frames 

beating as though 

they will break

but they don't,

they only respond 

to the thrashing 

of the wind

that is angry 

with the world,

so it beats 

against the world 

bending it under

it's rage.
